Wellington Girls' College (WGC) is one of New Zealand's leading state high schools for girls, ideally located in downtown Wellington. WGC was established in 1883 and has a long history of academic success and an enviable reputation. Modern facilities and excellent teaching programmes result in consistently high national academic results, scholarship awards, sporting and cultural successes.
