Global Pathways to New Zealand:
Massey University, in partnership with Hebei University of Technology (HEBUT), offer a joint degree programme in Information Science and the Internet of Things. This is an official Sino-Foreign Joint Education Programme approved by the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China.
Students undertake their first three years of study at HEBUT’s main campus in Tianjin, transferring to Massey’s Manawatu or Auckland campus in New Zealand for their final year of study.
After successfully completing 4 years of study in the Joint Programme, HEBUT will award it’s Bachelor of the Internet of Things and Massey will award it’s Bachelor of Information Sciences majoring in either Information Technology, Software Engineering or Computer Science.
Students will be allocated to this programme in accordance with their Gao Kao score, and will commence in September of the same year. In the first three years of the joint programme, Massey teaches 8 courses at the HEBUT campus.

Massey transfers credits from a wide range of previous study. If you have a previous diploma in any area of ITC, it is highly likely that you will be awarded credits towards your BInfSc.

Successful completion of the HEBUT and Massey courses during the first three years of study in Tianjin and IELTS 6.0 (no band less than 5.5, with an exception for the speaking band not less than 5.0).
