Lincoln University's Bachelor of Commerce with Honours is a one-year qualification taken at the end of your undergraduate degree. The Honours year is a flexible and applied programme that prepares students for the realities of a modern business world and opens up your career options through course selection. If you already have an undergraduate degree or you are nearing completion of your current study, for example a Bachelor of Commerce degree, please talk to the Liaison Team to find out more about the Honours programme.
This programme is specifically designed to prepare Lincoln University graduates to contribute immediately and to grow personally and professionally throughout their career.
Summary of Regulations
All of the following:
• 80 credits (4 courses) at the 600 level
• A 40 credit dissertation.
An approved undergraduate degree and have achieved a B+ or higher in 300 level courses.
If English is not your first language, you will need to demonstrate that your English is good enough to study successfully at university. Lincoln University recognises achievement through a limited number of recognised tests of English Language. Below are the minimum standards for entry to the programme:
IELTS academic score of 6.0 overall, with no individual component less than 5.5
TOEFL (iBT) overall score of 60 (with at least 18 in writing)
Cambridge English: Advanced (CAE) and First (FCE) overall score of 169, with no individual component less than 162
Pearson Test of English (Academic) overall score of 50 with no communicative skills score less than 42
Lincoln University English Language LU EL 65%.
