TESOL (Certificate in Teaching English to speakers of other Languages) Course is suitable to non-native speakers of English. This Course provides the trainee with the necessary teaching skills required to teach. The course offers a mix of classroom theoretical learning and practical learning. This course can be either taken as a stand-alone course or in conjunction with General English classes if these are required. Entry Requirements: Student must be 18 years old or above and must hold a valid visa with a study permission; hold Academic IELTS score of 5.5 with no band score lower than 5.0 OR TOEFL (PBT) score of 530 (with an essay score of 4.5 TWE) or above OR TOEFL (IBT) score of 46 (with a writing score of 14) or above OR PTE (Academic) score of 42 with no band score lower than 36 (If you have any other English test score such as Cambridge etc, please contact the institution). On completion of the TESOL course, graduate will be able: to and have experience of current, educationally sound understandings of English language teaching techniques; to resources and activities that will keep them abreast of ongoing English language-teaching developments throughout their teaching careers; to techniques that will improve their ability to be continuously competent practitioners of the subject they will be teaching English.
