To satisfactorily complete the New Zealand Certificate in Business (First Line Management) (Level 4) (front line leadership) programme of study, and be awarded the New Zealand Certificate in Business (First Line Management) (Level 4) qualification the student must successfully achieve:-
Applicants for this programme of study must have access to a workplace environment where they can develop and manage work flows/plans.
Applicants should be a minimum of 18 years of age, and have attained NCEA Level 3, or have evidence of similar achievement (e.g. workplace experience as set out on CV, workplace references).
Applicants over 20 years:
Applicants over the age of 20 years at time of enrolment will be considered where they can demonstrate the ability to succeed in a programme.
