Summary
If you already have a science-related qualification, this graduate diploma will allow you to fast track towards a future specialising in oenology (wine science). You have options to study full-time on campus (February only) or part-time by distance (February & July intake). Students studying by distance will be required to attend compulsory residential schools in Hawkes Bay each year. This programme is designed to build on your knowledge from prior degree study or from significant industry experience by focusing on scientific, technical and managerial aspects of grape growing and wine making.
