In this graduate diploma you will learn and gain understanding of human resource management practices and processes on organisational effectiveness. You will also learn how to how to apply the theory of human resource management principles to the workplace, helping staff and businesses meet their objectives.
Areas of study you will focus on include employment relations, organisational behaviour, advanced human resource management and contemporary issues in human resource management.
You will combine your knowledge and skills gained into a practical industry project.
On completion of this qualification you will be qualified for advisory roles in an HR team in a medium to large organisation or as a generalist operator HR officer in a small organisation. Pearson Test of English (Academic) - PTE (Academic) score of 50 with no band score lower than 42
