AUT's Digital Media major is a mix of media communication and technology, and prepares you for a wide range of careers, including as a digital strategist, mobile app designer or digital media producer.
You work on various digital media projects, and deliver your work via mobile devices, broadcast media or broadband communication, on time and on budget. You learn to recognise new creative markets as they emerge, manage teams and projects, and design new workflows.
All applicants need to meet AUT’s minimum entry requirements qualification equivalent to New Zealand year 13 or University Entrance.

Minimum IELTS (Academic) score of 6.0 overall with all bands 5.5 or higher; or equivalent; TOEFL iBT score of 80; Certificate in English for Academic Study (CertEAS) with B/B+ grade; GIE with B grade; CAE minimum overall score of 169; PTE minimum overall score of 50.
