ACG Sunderland

ACG Sunderland is West Auckland’s leading private co-educational school, conveniently located five minutes from the North-Western motorway. Students are able to use ACG Sunderland’s own school bus service or take advantage of Auckland extensive transport system. The campus comprises architecturally designed premises and nine acres of landscaped grounds. ACG Sunderland is a boutique school which offers close individual attention to each student.  Class sizes are small and students are well-supported by excellent pastoral care and values programmes.  
The School welcomes local and international students from: 

  • Kindergarten (ages 2 to 5 years)
  • Primary School (Years 1 to 6; ages 5 to 10) and

ACG Sunderland provides continuous educational path from Kindergarten to Year 13. It is an attractive modern campus on landscaped grounds with dedicated school bus transport service. Close to excellent sporting and cultural facilities. All students have to wear a traditional uniform.
Tutorials are offered before and after school as well as in the second and third holiday break for the senior students to maximise their potential for the end-of-year Cambridge International Examinations. A 100% Cambridge A2 pass rate and one of the highest University Entrance rates in New Zealand makes ACG Sunderland an excellent choice for academic success ACG’s English for Speakers of other languages (ESOL) Programme is available to international students who require additional English support.3.

Auckland’s Hauraki Gulf Marine Park encompasses an incredible 1.2 million hectares of coast, sea and islands – and there are so many ways to explore it. 
The jewel of the Hauraki Gulf is Waiheke Island, a haven of beautiful vineyards, olive groves, farm land and golden beaches; and only a 35-minute ferry ride away from downtown Auckland. Sip on award-winning wines at some of the 30 boutique vineyards and wineries, enjoy fine dining and pick up superb local artwork.
Make sure you get out on the water while you're here, whether it’s a relaxing harbour cruise, a fishing charter, whale and dolphin spotting, kayaking or surfing.
