Secondary (Years 9-13, approx age 13-17)

Henderson High School offers a strong focus on academics in a modern, WIFI enabled campus with top class facilities. Recently published NCEA results show Henderson High School as a leading performer. included in Auckland's  top 25 high school ranking.Students engage with i-learning using tablets in class and at home through Google Classroom and develop advanced skills using 3D printers, laser cutters, and drone technology. Parents can check progress and attendance information via the Parent Portal on  the school website. All students are encouraged to participate in the many extra-curricular sports, cultural and musical activities available such as the Stage Challenge performing arts competition. The Education Review Office recently demonstrated their confidence in Henderson High School's performance and leadership by awarding the highest possible review cycle level of 4 to 5 years, following their visit in August 2017.

Being close to rail and bus public transport, Westfield mall, West Wave pools,sports stadium, parks, movie theaters, Whoa Studios and arts centre, we are very conveniently situated for study and recreation times.

At Henderson High School the International Director provides orientation on arrival and 24 hours 7 days a week caring support for home stay, visa, insurance, travel or any personal matters. Sip on award-winning wines at some of the 30 boutique vineyards and wineries, enjoy fine dining and pick up superb local artwork.
