Yang Generic2

Meet Yang, a school student from China

I'm studying at school in Wellington. When I finish, I want to study Aviation or Engineering at university.

The teachers here are great, they really care and you can ask them anything. We do all kinds of fieldtrips, so school’s actually fun. That’s new for me!

What I love about New Zealand

I do so many things besides studying: I go walking, bike riding, meet friends. It’s a fun place to live.

There's so much creative stuff happening here. I live in the home of the Lord of the Rings!

The food here is so good. So much fresh seafood, there’s lobster, mussels, salmon and a kind of shellfish they call paua, I think it’s the same as abalone.

Watch the video above to spend a day in the life of Yang.
